All Cassius orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local or In-store PickUp
Cassius does not currently offer any local pick up services.
International Shipping
Cassius does not currently offer any international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within Australia.
Taxes and Import Duties
Cassius is manufactured and delivered only within Australia and is therefore not subject to any import duties and taxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gocassius.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Should you be shipping to a Post Office Box, if the item is unable to fit, please check with your post office as they may be holding the item for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
